So it turns out Facebook ate my life. Seriously. I get nothing done when my account is active.
I deactivated Sunday and it is INCREDIBLE the number of things that got accomplished today. I precooked the base for several meals worth of food, did the grocery shopping, killed ninjas (kickboxing class), met with a friend to go over the house plans, washed and vacuumed the car, and attended two teleconferences for something I can't tell you about yet. ;)
I feel like I'm going to be blogging a LOT more.
Lucky you.

Hey, lady, this has nothing to do with you being on Facebook all the time, so maybe not a totally appropriate comment on this post, but I just wanted to let you know that I am passing along your wisdom to friends of mine! I have a friend who's been having gallbladder problems and I was all like, yeah, I know how to take care of those without surgery...and I almost took credit for entire treatment plan!
I'll tell you, I haven't had a gallbladder attack since you told me about the vinegar/lethicin! You're magic!
I recently wrote a research paper on time management, and tried to apply some techniques in my own life to help manage my time. Guess what the number one reason I had no time was? Facebook. Ahhh! It’s the devil! Facebook is a great tool and helps spread the gospel. But all things in moderation definitely applies to this social network. I tried to cut myself off from it completely for two weeks and had an epic fail. I never realized how often I subconsciously hit the app or type it in on my internet browser. It scared me. What am I even doing on Facebook? Nothing. I am looking at old high school friends who are stuck in our hometown causing drama. That drama does not deserve my valuable time. Our society is spiraling into technology-aholics, when we need to be focusing on things that matter most like our families. I am glad to see there are other people trying to fight the technology addiction like me! President Uchtdorf said, “In family relationships, love is really spelled T-I-M-E.” I need to show my family more love in this way!
