An Open Letter of Thanks

Hi Honey,

I just want you to know that I love and appreciate you. I know how much you do and how much you've done this past week, especially.  I understand it's you that gets the kids ready in the morning and out the door to the sitter and you take care of me and change most of the diapers and and clean up dinner and wash baby poop out of the tub and put our son to bed. I see it all, and I understand that's not what you'd prefer to be doing but you do it anyway without complaining. And it makes me love you more.
You moved away from your family for years, simply because I wanted to live elsewhere. You gave up a job you loved working with people you liked so the kids and I could be more comfortable. That can't have been easy. You go along with any hare-brained scheme that comes into my head and when I peter out on it, you just let it go and finish the project quietly. And it makes me love you more. So thank you.
Thank you for being the world's best husband and father. I truly truly appreciate all that you do.
My heart is yours. I am completely devoted to you.

I know you appreciate me. I appreciate you too. I know that when your movement is less confined that you do everything I'm doing now, and I'm constantly amazed at your ability to get it all done. I love you more than I could ever say, more than I could ever show. I will be forever devoted to you.

Love,

Your Husband

AWWW...wouldn't it be lovely if everyone in the world was as lucky, well, blessed as we are?...I've got one of those too!

Yes, the world would be a better place if two things were to happen:

1. Every man was as good as mine and
2. If all of them would listen to me and do what I say! Honestly, I could solve hunger, war and poverty in three weeks. Maybe two!
